Barbara Cohen has been a Canton resident for 19 years and a licensed broker for 25 years. A college graduate, Barbara was active in her children's schools, the PTA and was a soccer coach. She is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors. She has several real estate designations, including GRI, CBM, as well as being a Certified Buyers Representative. Cheryl Cook has been a real estate agent for 20 years and has obtained her “CBR” (Certified Buyer Representative). She is a licensed broker who is college educated with a medical background. Cheryl lived in the town of Canton for eleven years. She is very familiar with the South Shore area, having lived in Hingham and currently in Norwell. She is also a licensed Florida real estate sales agent.

Mary Ellen Daly has 11 years experience as a realtor. She has been with Pratt Realtors for seven years and sold real estate in Boston for four years as well. She currently resides in Canton with her husband and 3 children. She has been active in Canton Youth Sports, school organizations, and volunteering with Canton senior citizens.

Marie Hanna has resided in Canton with her husband Hal and son Mark and dog "Skipper" for over 30 years. Marie is a past President of both the Canton Association of Parents and Teachers and the League of Women Voters. She has been active in the Real Estate field for the past 20 years and has obtained her “CBR” (Certified Buyer Representative) designation. Marie enjoys helping people find their dream home. Joel Pratt was born in Canton and graduated from Canton High School in 1972. He continued his education at UMass Boston, where he received a BA in Business Management. He managed Lasdens Electric Supply Company from 1980 to 1986. He has been a licensed Real Estate broker for 29 years and has obtained his GRI, SRES and CBR designations. Joel enjoys offering a “Gilligans’ Isle” tour of Canton providing a basis of evaluation in your home search.  Joel also enjoys visiting with our “senior” citizens and reviewing their future options.

In her 30+ year career as a realtor in the Canton area, Barbara Slawsby has her CBR designation and has gained the respect of both her peers in the profession and a host of satisfied clients. For 20 years, she was associated with the office of Century 21 Gilmore Real Estate, where she received many awards for her excellent performance. She brings experience and enthusiasm to her work, assisting both buyers and sellers.

Dolores Zizza has resided in Canton for twenty-seven years. Prior to coming to Pratt Realtors, she worked at Century 21 Gilmore Real Estate. While in that office she was a Three Million Dollar Broker. She was also associated with Hunneman Real Estate.

Dolores has a Master's Degree in Psychology. She enjoys meeting people and working with them to find their "dream home."

Gary Zumbahlen has been an experienced realtor and licensed broker for twenty years. A graduate of Realtors Institute, Gary is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation bestowed upon only 4% of licensed brokers. Experienced in Residential Appraisal, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, as well as the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Gary has experience serving sellers and buyer in the metrowest and south shore area.

Gary graduated from Suffolk University School of Management, Magna Cum Laude with a BSBA in marketing. He is interested in all sports, especially tennis and skiing. He is also a member of the Canton Town Club. Gary resides locally with his wife, 20 year old son, and 7 year old daughter.
